The service

The site is a directory of business listings published by Excelerate Consulting Group ("we"). Listing information comes from the listed businesses and from their public Google Business Profiles. We work to keep it accurate, as described in How listings are verified, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error-free. Confirm hours, prices and services with the business before relying on them.

Permitted use

You may view, link to and quote the site for personal, informational and research purposes, including by automated agents that respect our robots.txt. You may not scrape the site to build a competing directory, republish listings in bulk, or use listing data to send unsolicited marketing to the businesses listed.

Business listings

Listings are created for businesses that use our listing management service. A business may request correction or removal of its listing at any time through Contact us. We may remove or edit any listing that violates the listing guidelines.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and compilation are owned by Excelerate Consulting Group. Business names, logos and photos belong to the businesses that supplied them.

Links

The site links to third-party websites, including Google Maps and the listed businesses' own sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Excelerate Consulting Group is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on a listing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
